This Privacy Policy explains how Zodiac Communications (“we”, “us”, “our”), developer of the mobile game Wizard Game (the “Game”), handles information when you play the Game. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to the practices described here.
The Game does not ask for personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. You do not need to sign in to play.
When you use the Game, our analytics and crash‑reporting providers automatically collect limited technical and usage information, which may include:
We do not collect precise (GPS) location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
We rely on the following third‑party service providers, which process data on our behalf. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies:
We do not use third‑party advertising networks and do not share your data for advertising purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data:
The Game is family‑friendly and may be used by children. We take children’s privacy seriously and design the Game to comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families Policy, and the “children” provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR‑K), where applicable.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at admin@zodiaccommunications.com and we will take reasonable steps to review and delete it.
Because the Game has no user accounts, we do not hold a personal profile that identifies you by name. Analytics and diagnostic data are retained by our providers for a limited period in line with their default retention settings (for example, Firebase Analytics event data is retained for a limited number of months) and are then automatically deleted or anonymized.
You may request that we delete data associated with your device where technically feasible. To make a request, email us at admin@zodiaccommunications.com. You can also reset or limit analytics identifiers through your device settings, and you can uninstall the Game at any time to stop further collection.
We and our providers use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit — to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers may process and store data on servers located in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain data uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@zodiaccommunications.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
